PTFE Rod:

there are three kinds of PTFE rods that we can offer:

2mm ~ 4mm Diameter great PTFE rod we select dispersion polymerization PTFE resin through paste push process to make. 5mm ~ 120mm diameter great PTFE rod we choose suspended PTFE resins through plunger extrusion process to produce. 55mm ~ 300mm diameter PTFE rods is made by mould process.

Features of PTFE rod:

 

PTFE rod has excellent chemical-resistant, not aging,

electric insulation, and low friction coefficient properties.

It can work in the temperature of minus180~ above 260°C, under no load cases.
